Cash
If you’re having your device repaired on the spot you can pay by cash. We don’t recommend sending cash via mail – you don’t know whose pocket it will end up in!
Eftpos / Credit Card
If you’re having your device repaired on the spot or have sent it via mail, you can pay via Credit Card or Eftpos (Eftpos applies only to repairs in the shop). We will provide you with an invoice and receipt of payment. Simple & fast...
Direct Deposit
You can pay via Direct Deposit by simply requesting our bank details. When making a payment this way we request that you put your name as a reference ID.
Please note that for any and all repairs, payment MUST be made before the device can be released, or payment cleared if made via bank transfer/invoice
